During roll call, Sgt. Wade is briefing the officers about a suspected arms dealer.

He warns the officers not to approach the man if they see him as they want the guy to lead them to his contacts and suppliers.  First known appearance of the moustache which will disappear for the next couple of roles and then return. :)
